Via拾光 是一款本地优先的 AI 日记与个人复盘 App。我们深知日记是极其私密的内容，因此 Via拾光 的设计原则是：所有数据默认留在你的设备上，不上传到任何服务器，不建立任何用户账户。

📋 Overview

Via拾光 is a local-first AI journaling and personal reflection app. We understand that journaling is deeply personal. Via拾光 is designed so that all your data stays on your device by default — nothing is uploaded to any server, and no user accounts are created.

📦 我们收集哪些数据

Via拾光 只在你的设备本地存储以下内容，所有数据均保存于 iOS 的 SwiftData 数据库或 UserDefaults 中：

Via拾光 only stores the following data locally on your device, within iOS's SwiftData database or UserDefaults:

• AI 推理在你的设备本地完成，你的日记内容不会发送到任何外部服务器。
• 当设备不支持 Apple Foundation Models 时，Via拾光 使用内置模板生成内容，同样不涉及网络请求。
• AI 生成的日反馈和各周期总结均以 JSON 格式保存在本地数据库。

🤖 AI Features & Data Processing

Via拾光's AI features prioritize Apple Foundation Models — Apple's on-device large language model that runs entirely locally.

• AI inference runs on your device. Your journal content is never sent to any external server.
• When Apple Foundation Models are unavailable on a device, Via拾光 uses built-in templates to generate content — no network requests are made.
• AI-generated daily feedback and periodic summaries are stored in JSON format in the local database.

🔑 系统权限说明

Via拾光 仅在你主动使用相关功能时请求以下系统权限：

你可以随时在 iOS 设置中撤销以上任意权限。撤销权限不会导致已保存的日记丢失。

Via拾光 only requests the following system permissions when you actively use the corresponding feature:

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission will not cause any saved journal entries to be lost.

🤝 数据共享与第三方

Via拾光 不与任何第三方共享、出售或披露你的个人数据。具体来说：

• Via拾光 不集成任何第三方分析 SDK（如 Firebase、Mixpanel、Amplitude 等）。
• Via拾光 不集成任何广告网络或追踪器。
• Via拾光 不使用任何第三方崩溃收集服务（如 Crashlytics、Sentry 等）。
• Via拾光 不通过 iCloud 或其他云存储服务同步数据。

唯一涉及数据离开设备的情形，是你主动选择导出数据（Markdown、CSV、JSON）并通过 iOS 系统分享面板分享至你自己选择的目标。

🤝 Data Sharing & Third Parties

Via拾光 does not share, sell, or disclose your personal data with any third party. Specifically:

• Via拾光 does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Via拾光 does not integrate any advertising networks or trackers.
• Via拾光 does not use any third-party crash reporting services (e.g. Crashlytics, Sentry).
• Via拾光 does not sync data via iCloud or any other cloud storage service.

The only scenario in which data leaves your device is when you actively choose to export (Markdown, CSV, JSON) and share it via the iOS system share sheet to a destination you select.

🗄️ 数据保留与删除

你对 Via拾光 中的所有数据拥有完全控制权：

• 删除单条日记：在历史页面，滑动或长按单条记录即可删除。
• 删除全部数据：前往「设置 → 删除所有数据」，确认后将清除所有日记、总结和 AI 内容。
• 卸载 App：卸载 Via拾光 将从设备上完全删除所有本地数据。由于没有云端备份，卸载前请先导出完整备份（JSON）。

🗄️ Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over all data in Via拾光:

• Delete a single entry: In the History tab, swipe or long-press an entry to delete it.
• Delete all data: Go to Settings → Delete All Data. After confirmation, all journals, summaries, and AI content will be erased.
• Uninstall the app: Uninstalling Via拾光 permanently removes all local data from your device. Since there is no cloud backup, please export a full backup (JSON) before uninstalling.

👶 儿童隐私

Via拾光 不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如果你认为你的孩子在使用 Via拾光 并有隐私方面的顾虑，请通过下方联系方式与我们联系。

Via拾光 is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child is using Via拾光 and you have privacy concerns, please contact us using the information below.

⚖️ Your Rights

Because Via拾光 collects no server-side data, full control over your data rests entirely with you:

• Right to access: You can view all past journals and summaries at any time within the app.
• Right to export: You can export all your data as Markdown, CSV, plain text, or a full JSON backup.
• Right to delete: You can delete individual entries or all data at any time.
• Right to correct: You can edit any past journal entry at any time.

📝 隐私政策变更

如果本隐私政策发生实质性变更，我们将在 App 更新说明中告知，并更新本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。继续使用 Via拾光 即表示你接受更新后的政策。

📝 Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes materially, we will notify you in the App Store release notes and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Via拾光 after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
